• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to understand and follow directions from the Manager.
• Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Ensure food and beverage is served with consistent presentation and temperature.
• Assist in food, beverage, equipment, and meeting supplies setup.
• Enforce sanitation procedures including safety guidelines.
• Communicate special requests or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow opening and closing procedures to secure areas.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.
