Responsibilities include: preparing products for plated meals and buffets, maintaining accuracy of service temperatures, keeping a clean and sanitary work environment, performing all food procedures correctly. Flexible work schedule. You will also need to ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly. The individual will assemble ingredients according to menu specifications.
