• Prepare items according to Swan Lake Resort's standardized recipes.
• Set up and operate stations for banquet or buffet.
• Carve buffet meats as requested by guests.
• Maintain walk-in coolers and storage areas daily.
• Communicate food prep/ordering details to Executive Chef.
