Banquet Prep/Cook - 34° North at the Beaufort Hotel, Beaufort, NC--$250 SIGNING BONUS

Join us as a Banquet Prep/Cook at 34° North, Beaufort Hotel, Beaufort, NC. We are hiring passionate culinary professionals to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Banquet Prep/Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, following brand recipes, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent service to our guests. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient banquet service.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
  2. Ensure proper documentation on all food containers and adhere to SOPs.
  3. Practice safety standards at all times.
  4. Report to work in full, clean uniform and be ready to serve.
  5. Cook orders according to guest requests and special needs.
  6. Proactively manage ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage: $14.00 - $16.00 DOE
Benefits include seven paid holidays, two weeks of PTO in the first year, and a 401(k) match. Full-time employees are eligible for medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, disability options, tuition assistance, discounted hotel rates, and career development opportunities.
