Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer experience with Word and Excel is preferred.
• Payroll experience is a plus; training is available. We use Dayforce.
• Banquet check posting/editing systems are Salesforce and Opera.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster relationships across departments.
• Guest service oriented and detail focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown.
• Own menus, labels, and BEOs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event planners for seamless execution.
• Ensure event spaces are properly arranged and maintained.
• Holiday buffet planning and signage creation.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare event reports and communicate feedback to management.
• Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
• Oversee flow of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
