Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events across various resort locations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, event planners, and other departments to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
• Direct and support banquet servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
• Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot coaching and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during events, ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate transportation of equipment, supplies, and staff between multiple venues.
• Maintain staff timekeeping records and assist in training new banquet staff.
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
