Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all banquet operations from planning to execution for guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates with culinary and other departments; ensures proper setup/breakdown of spaces.
• Manages banquet staff; schedules, trains, and monitors service standards.
• Attends BEO meetings and reviews event details with managers.
• Maintains safety, policy compliance, and accurate event timing.
