• Verifies banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service; ensures proper centerpieces on every table.
• Leads shifts, participates in event service, and trains staff in processes to maintain high service quality.
• Verifies room function inspections, delegates tasks to ensure on-time room sets, and maintains inventory of function room amenities.
