Job summary

Montage International's Pendry division seeks an experienced Banquet Manager to lead daily banquet operations and staff, ensuring flawless events. You will coordinate with Meetings & Events and Culinary, maintain high service and presentation standards, and manage inventory and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in banquet supervision, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexible schedules and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of banquet supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data and reports.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banquet operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Serve as the client liaison during events and ensure flawless execution.
• Plan and execute banquet events in collaboration with Meetings & Events and Culinary.
• Maintain service excellence, food quality, and presentation per brand standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for highest product delivery.
