Qualifications

• Experience in food service management with emphasis on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
• Familiarity with automated inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience supporting quality outcomes and service excellence in customer-facing operations.
• Proven success in training, coaching, and engaging employees to support compliance and performance.
