Job summary

We are searching for an experienced Stewarding Manager / Operations Support Manager to help oversee the Indiana Convention Center located in Indianapolis IN!

About the job

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for driving operational consistency and enhancing service delivery across a defined area or division. You'll help develop tools, implement standards, and provide hands-on support that empowers frontline teams and elevates the customer experience.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

$74290 - $96140
