Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to lead our banquet events in a fast-paced, high-end environment. The role involves managing and coordinating events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training banquet staff, scheduling, conducting monthly meetings, and demonstrating proper service techniques. The Banquet Manager supervises setup, including linens, silverware, china, and glassware, and inspects function rooms for cleanliness and proper setup. Collaboration with culinary, sales, and operations teams is essential to ensure successful events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • 2 years banquet management experience preferred
  • Hotel food and beverage experience preferred
