Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced banquet supervisor to lead and develop banquet associates, ensuring top service standards and seamless event execution.

You will schedule and coach team members, monitor performance and provide guidance to maintain high quality service. The role also encompasses inventory control for dining room supplies and strict adherence to alcohol/beverage procedures for security and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and train banquet associates to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
• Schedule, evaluate and lead banquet associates, providing coaching and counseling when needed.
• Ensure appropriate inventory of supplies and materials for associates to perform their jobs, including glass, china, silver, A/V equipment, etc.
• Establish, direct and review alcohol/beverage procedures to ensure adequate security and accountability.
