Qualifications

• 1 year kitchen cleaning experience.
• Flexible to work any day, any shift.
• Familiar with handling cleaning chemicals and compounds.
• Familiar with cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass an alcohol and drug screening.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation levels throughout shift.
• Coordinate materials and equipment to keep work area clean and organized.
• Ensure proper use of wet floor signs and safety markers.
• Train kitchen staff on safety and chemical usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment.
