Job summary

Double Tree Bloomington Minneapolis South is seeking a dependable Dishwasher/Steward to handle daily dishwashing duties and maintain cleanliness across kitchen, cafeteria, and banquet spaces. You will follow instructions, assist in loading and unloading, and ensure proper sanitation of all dishes and equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs is required. Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the U.S. are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States and able to complete I-9 on day one.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work all shifts on-site.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and complete stewarding tasks across all food & beverage areas.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and related equipment.
• Transport and store clean and used dishes and utensils in an organized manner.
• Monitor stock levels of dishes and cleaning supplies and report needs.
• Operate and assist with dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards.
• Assist with general kitchen and banquet area cleanliness as required.
