DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend is seeking a Steward to help maintain cleanliness and operability in our kitchen and dining areas. You will support the culinary team and ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include washing and organizing dishware, keeping the dish room clean, operating the dish machine, and ensuring an adequate supply of clean items for service.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
• Load, run and unload dish machine.
