Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team in Bloomington, MN. You will support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish room and machine, and restocking supplies.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible hours, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, and a high school education is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
