Banquet Houseperson Supervisor - The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton

Location: The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton

We are seeking a Banquet Houseperson Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service at our stunning 1,000-room oceanfront resort, featuring beachside pools, a splash pad, and a pristine beach.

Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of banquet setup experience in a large convention center, prior leadership experience preferred, hotel industry background a plus.

Shift Pattern: Flexible to support AM, PM, and overnight shifts.

Pay Rate: $11.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with banquet setup and cleanup to meet event specifications.

• Lead department meetings and ensure service standards.
