The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Banquet Houseperson/Set-Up Supervisor to lead a team, manage setup and breakdown, and ensure seamless events that exceed guest expectations.

You will coordinate with banquet coordinators and departments, arrange furniture and equipment to specifications, mentor staff, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as Banquet Houseperson or similar role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Banquet Housepersons for set-up and breakdown.
• Coordinate with banquet coordinators and other departments to meet event requirements.
• Oversee furniture, tables, and equipment per event specs.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas and a welcoming atmosphere.
