The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, Washington, is hiring a Banquet Captain to lead banquet service teams and ensure flawless events. You will coordinate banquet servers, collaborate with event planners and culinary staff, and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in banquet service, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• One year banquet attendant/server experience or equivalent.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.
