Job Description

Ensure the function room is set according to guest expectations and Omni standards. Responsibilities include setting up, breaking down, and cleaning all banquet and convention spaces.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain meeting rooms
• Refresh meeting rooms during meals and coffee breaks
• Complete final breakdown of meeting room
• Clean and return equipment to proper location
• Follow instructions on the Banquet Event Order
• Assist other departments to ensure excellent guest service

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with co-workers across departments
• Clear and quick decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize in a fast-paced environment
• Calm demeanor under stress
• Previous customer service experience required; hotel & banquet experience preferred
• Ability to execute room setups after training
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull objects up to 100 lbs
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
