We specialize in micro-laser assisted liposuction and total body transformation – it is all we do! Our surgeons are highly trained in micro-laser technology and perform thousands of body contouring procedures every year. Although there are many different providers for liposuction, none offer the same combination of expertise, innovation, dependability, and affordability as Sono Bello.
Patient Ambassadors are responsible for creating the first impression in the patient journey and setting the stage by scheduling a free consultation via phone, sms, live chat and email. Although our primary role is to schedule consultations at our conveniently located consult centers and fully accredited surgical centers across the United States; we also work directly with center team members, clinicians, and surgeons to support our existing patients. This is including, but not limited to: sending patient requests for follow up, warm-transferring to the center and fielding non-urgent, urgent, and emergent Medical Escalations to connect patients with clinicians or an On-Call Surgeon. All while adhering to our Quality Assurance requirements!
You must be a self-starter and a highly motivated professional. Please prepare to share your work experience, where you have demonstrated your ability to meet and exceed targets. Although you work in cooperation with an amazing team of Patient Ambassadors, this position is remote and will ultimately rely on your individual performance.

The hiring process will include a combination of phone, virtual and a skills assessment.
Training Schedule will be Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4:30pm PST.
You will need to provide your own laptop/PC for the first week of training. Sono Bello will provide all equipment after the first week of employment. You will need to be set up in a private, quiet workspace.

Here is the range for the role.
$16 - $18 USD
Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
