We specialize in micro-laser assisted liposuction and total body transformation – it is all we do! Our surgeons are highly trained in micro-laser technology and perform thousands of body contouring procedures every year. Although there are many different providers for liposuction, none offer the same combination of expertise, innovation, dependability, and affordability as Sono Bello.

Patient Ambassadors are responsible for creating the first impression in the patient journey and setting the stage by scheduling a free consultation via phone, sms, live chat and email. Although our primary role is to schedule consultations at our conveniently located consult centers and fully accredited surgical centers across the United States; we also work directly with center team members, clinicians, and surgeons to support our existing patients. This is including, but not limited to: sending patient requests for follow up, warm-transferring to the center and fielding non-urgent, urgent, and emergent Medical Escalations to connect patients with clinicians or an On-Call Surgeon. All while adhering to our Quality Assurance requirements!

You must be a self-starter and a highly motivated professional. Please prepare to share your work experience, where you have demonstrated your ability to meet and exceed targets. Although you work in cooperation with an amazing team of Patient Ambassadors, this position is remote and will ultimately rely on your individual performance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome new patients via inbound call, outbound call, sms, live chat, and email to schedule a free consultation (no cold calling).Must be very tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems on your PC efficiently.
  • Support existing patients by sending requests for follow up, warm-transferring to the center and fielding non-urgent, urgent, and emergent Medical Escalations to connect patients with center team members, clinicians, or an On-Call Surgeon.
  • Accurately capture and enter patient information with detailed notes within our CRM systems
  • Adhere to compliance with call flow, candidacy, light medical screening questions, and all other Quality Assurance requirements
  • Own the first impression of the patient journey
  • Engage with patients, build rapport, and offer support in finding solutions by overcoming objections
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Training and QA to stay updated on new services and policies

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):

  • Customer service: 1 year
  • Sales with a quota or objective: 1 year
  • You must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 1 weekend day on a regular basis.PAC Team Members will earn a weekend hourly pay differential on Saturday and Sundays.
  • You must have the ability to establish a private workspace with a lockable door for your home workstation; your PC equipment will be provided for you.Due to patient privacy, other people, friends, and family members are not permitted to be in the room with you while you work (regardless of age).
  • You must have the ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • No background noises
  • High-speed internet connection. Have a high-speed internet connection that is adequate for the job. (At least 100 Mbps is needed for optimal performance). Not recommended, Wireless based internet service (Satellite/Cellular/Microwave)
  • Ability to pass typing and additional skill assessment. At least (40WPM, 95% accuracy).

The hiring process will include a combination of phone, virtual and a skills assessment.

Training Schedule will be Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4:30pm PST.

You will need to provide your own laptop/PC for the first week of training. Sono Bello will provide all equipment after the first week of employment. You will need to be set up in a private, quiet workspace.

Here is the range for the role.

$16 - $18 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
