Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English required.
• Must be able to lift and move furniture.
• Experience with events or catering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up rooms and equipment as per event requirements.
• Coordinate with management for event execution.
• Clean and organize event spaces post-event.
• Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms.

Previous banquet or catering event set up experience

Required Skills & Abilities

• Flexible availability to work AM, PM, mid-shifts, holidays and weekends

Job Description

• Set up room, audio visual, dance floor and stages according to the banquet event order.
• Communicate with Food & Beverage Manager, Banquet Captain and Catering Sales Manager to ensure event set up expectations are properly executed.
• Break down and clean all meeting rooms after events have concluded and properly store and organize tables, chairs and audio-visual equipment.
• Follow established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms to ensure they stay presentable for site visits and walk-throughs.
