Live! by Loews - St. Louis, MO is a branded collaboration between Loews Hotels & Co, The Cordish Companies, and the St. Louis Cardinals. The hotel is part of phase two of the successful Ballpark Village Live! complex, offering locally handcrafted experiences for both group and leisure guests. It features 216 guestrooms, 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space with spectacular views, and multiple food & beverage outlets, including an outdoor lounge and Bourbon Bar.

The primary responsibility is to ensure a well-designed meeting product focusing on proper setup of meeting tables and configurations, following client instructions which may evolve.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Review Event Orders and assignment sheets to determine function requirements.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed, including doors, door frames, walls, air walls, and all assigned areas.
• Conduct cleaning inspections for each meeting room and assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and the good condition of equipment and work areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any losses to Supervisors/Managers.
• Report guest request changes to Banquet Manager/Conference Coordinators.
• Ensure all equipment is kept in clean, working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
