Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing is seeking a hotel services associate to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. You will greet guests, support maintenance reporting, and stock supplies, delivering a consistently high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, and guest rooms
• Dust, vacuum, mop, wash windows and maintain cleanliness standards

• Report maintenance issues and stocking of supplies
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed

The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing’s 350 well‑appointed guest rooms and 24,000 square feet of meeting space offer an experience that is hard to match. The guest rooms are fitted with sleek work desks, along with 32” LCD televisions and wall‑mounted, plug‑n‑play consoles for Wi‑Fi internet access. Dark wood furnishings, leather lounge chairs, contemporary lighting and gorgeous bathrooms complete the newly renovated guest rooms, which also come with stunning city or river views.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
• Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed

• Someone who is comfortable with being able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs. at shoulder height and frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Someone is able to bend, squat, push and pull frequently

Compensation:

$22 - $23.01
