OTO Development is seeking a guest-focused hotel banquet housekeeper to support event spaces across the property. You will clean, stock, and refresh banquet areas, assist with setup and breakdown, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout pre-function and function spaces.

You must be neat, organized, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role requires standing and moving for extended periods, with a strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the banquet function space, pre-function space and storage areas.
• Collecting and removing trash during banquet events as needed.
• Maintain the banquet storeroom in a neat and organized manner with supplies for meetings or food service.
• Help breakdown after functions and ensure equipment and supplies are stored properly.
• Assist facility maintenance personnel as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance with a pressed uniform, identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment.

What will you be doing most days?

• Working safely by wearing provided brand-standard uniform, identification, recommended footwear, and protective equipment such as gloves
• Collecting and removing trash as needed during banquet events.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the banquet function space, pre-function space and storage areas to include the carpets, walls, walks, windows, and heating/air conditioning units, etc.
• Maintain the banquet storeroom in a neat and organized manner stocked with any and all appropriate supplies necessary for meetings or food service functions.
• Help breakdown after the completion of functions and ensure that all equipment and supplies are stored properly.
• Assisting facility maintenance personnel as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment

Physical Requirements For This Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
