Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Housekeeping Team Associate to stock carts, report maintenance, and perform both light and full cleaning to maintain high cleanliness standards across the property.

The role focuses on physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving throughout shifts, with attention to detail and pride in presenting spotless rooms. Onsite hours with a housekeeping team under a Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping cart with supplies for the day.
• Report room maintenance to front desk and team members.
• Perform light and full cleaning as required.
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock amenities, and replace bath items.
• Maintain a professional appearance including uniform and safety footwear.

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Associate.

What will you be doing most days?

• Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies to plan your day efficiently
• Report room maintenance to the front desk staff and other team members
• Know the difference between 'light touch' and 'full clean' and know how to complete both effectively
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace all room and bath amenities
• Maintain a professional appearance including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment

Physical Requirements For This Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
