About The Banquet Houseperson Position

We seek a Banquet Houseperson to set up and break down banquet spaces, maintain cleanliness, and anticipate guest needs to ensure memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean, store, and secure tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and staging materials used for banquets.
• Keep banquet rooms, hallways, and storage areas clean.
• Refresh rooms during breaks, replenish supplies.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment per group requirements.
• Handle linen and skirting, and transport materials for functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments.
• Problem-solving skills to turn issues into positive guest experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic literacy, math, and computer skills.
