Crowne Plaza Hotel in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Banquet Set-up team member to ensure successful events through expert setup and bussing. You will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle to uphold high guest satisfaction.
Roles include setting up and breaking down functions, maintaining clean function rooms, and assisting guests. The role requires physical effort and flexibility, with varied schedules including nights and weekends, as needed by hotel operations.
As a Banquet Set-up team member, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of events by utilizing your core skill in bussing and set-up. While providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
