Phoenix3 Collective’s Restaura unit seeks a dependable Banquet / Production Cook to join our culinary operations team at a premier senior living community in San Antonio, TX. This hands-on role produces high-volume meals for daily service, banquets, and events while upholding food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has experience with large batches, banquet production, and following standardized recipes to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen or banquet production preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and production sheets.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and proper temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, production sheets, menus, and event requirements.
• Produce high-volume batches of proteins, vegetables, starches, soups, sauces, and other menu items.
• Prepare and execute food for banquets, catered events, and large-volume meal service.
• Properly cook and portion proteins including poultry, beef, pork, seafood, and eggs.
• Maintain HACCP, sanitation, FIFO, and food-safety procedures.
• Assist with banquet setup, service, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
