Job summary

Division Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to coordinate the setup of meetings, meal functions, and AV equipment in line with hotel policies. You will promptly address guest requests and ensure a polished environment for every function.

The role requires HS Diploma or equivalent and is an hourly position paying $15 per hour. You will work with a team to prepare rooms, assist with meals, and support billing through accurate guest signatures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup of meetings, meal functions, and AV equipment per hotel policies.
• Ensure items and equipment are prepared and room is ready 15 minutes before start.
• Communicate any charges for extra equipment to guest and inform supervisor for billing.
• Greet guests professionally to enhance their experience.
• Set up and clean meeting/meal function rooms to hotel standards.
• Maintain rooms during breaks, replenish supplies, change linens as needed, and remove trash.
• Assist with meal service and event breakdowns; obtain banquet guest signatures for billing.
