Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sets up all function rooms to customer specifications
• Moves all equipment necessary for the set up of the event to the venue
• Sets up all the hardware require for the event according to the BEO specifications
• Ensures that all audio/visual equipment is set up and functioning properly
• Returns electrical and audio visual equipment to proper storage area
• Vacuums carpet, dusts walls and dividers, mops service area when needed
• Maintains a clean storage facility at all times
• Ensures after each event the area is clean and equipment is returned to storage
• Returns soiled linen to the Housekeeping Department
• Completes other tasks as assigned
