Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Server Assistant to support dining room operations, including setting tables, delivering trays, and assisting with event setups. The role requires attention to hygiene and the ability to work in a busy club environment.

The candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, be able to multitask, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is on-site at our Boynton Beach location.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel, resort or club environment.
• Must be able to multitask and stay calm and focused on a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities

• Carries food trays to appropriate dining rooms for service as needed.
• Prepares expeditor work areas and other side work as assigned.
• Cleans and organizes all back of the house areas.
• Keeps storage areas clean and organized.
• Provides bread, butter, water and ice to tables; refills as necessary.
• Maintains tables during meal service and resets after guests depart.
• Assists with removing dirty dishes and resetting tables for new courses.
