Zusammenfassung

The Joule Dallas, a property of Highgate Hotels, LP, is seeking a part-time Banquets Houseperson to support the Banquet teams in setting up, breaking down, and servicing meeting rooms and banquet spaces. You will ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with event support in accordance with hotel standards.

Responsibilities include setup and breakdown, replenishing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and occasionally driving the Banquet van.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable service and presentation standards.
• Must be able to pass an MVR to drive Banquet's van.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Strong customer service and guest relations abilities.

Aufgaben

• Maintain established cleaning schedules of meeting rooms, back of house and front of house spaces.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with fresh table cloth, clean glasses and water.
• Set up and breakdown meeting rooms according to function sheet, including carrying tables and chairs.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Look after all banquet equipment and report damaged items.
• Guide and monitor outside vendors during load in and load out.
• Occasionally drive Banquet van to and from offsite event spaces.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisor.
