• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff; assign duties; ensure coverage for events.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent client service before, during, and after events; resolve issues promptly.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and monitor event budgets; manage costs and revenues.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with caterers, florists, decorators, and entertainers; negotiate contracts.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure food safety and fire code compliance; maintain sanitation.
• Event Marketing and Sales: Support marketing of banquet facilities; assist in sales tours.
