Bluejack National in Texas is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead the planning and execution of all club events, coordinating with the Event & Catering Team, Culinary Team, and F&B management to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 4+ years in hospitality, a supervisory background in banquets, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to manage staff, budgets, and guest relations during events.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a Supervisory or Management Role, with an emphasis on Banquets and Food & Beverage.
• Strong interpersonal communications, organization, financial knowledge, and team building.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute all aspects of private and members events within the Club.
• Manage daily food and beverage operations.
• Adhere to food, health and safety standards.
• Hire, train, and manage food and beverage staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain visibility during events to ensure prompt, knowledgeable service.
• Coordinate with Event & Catering Team, Culinary Team and F&B Manager.
