Holiday Inn Express & Suites- Latham in Latham, NY is seeking a Hotel Dining Room Server to deliver guest-focused dining experiences at weddings, corporate events and meetings. The position is part-time with evening and weekend hours, requiring a polished appearance and strong teamwork.

You will pre-set banquet items, assist with food service, garnish dishes, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Commitment to excellent guest service.
• Position requires multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, organize, and pre-sets all non-entree items for banquets.
• Assist in preparation of food items per safety standards.
• Serve food and beverages to banquet/meeting guests professionally.
• Garnish and decorates dishes prior to serving.
• Observe guests and respond to requests; know when meals are complete.
• Clear and reset tables; store banquet items after each course.
• Supply meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Provide assistance and directions to guests as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance; perform other duties as assigned.
