Holiday Inn Express and Suites - Latham is seeking a friendly, reliable Banquet Bartender to provide beverage service at on-site events, meetings, and special occasions. You will set up and break down banquet bars, serve beer, wine, and cocktails, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old.
• Banquet or hotel experience preferred.
• TIPS/Serve Safe/ATAP certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and break down banquet bar areas per event specifications.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages timely and responsibly.
• Interact with guests in a courteous, engaging, and professional way.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor offerings and proper glassware.
• Assist with tap cocktails to recipe specifications and procedures.
• Support bar and event staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after events.
• Accurately track beverage usage and inventory.
