Responsibilities

• Set up banquet function tables and break tables per standards.
• Prepare non-entree items (coffee, bread, condiments) for service.
• Serve food and beverages to banquet guests professionally.
• Garnish and decorate dishes prior to serving.
• Clear, reset tables and store items after each course.
• Maintain clean glassware and replenish refreshment stations.
