Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Preparation: Set up banquet rooms per event orders and service standards; drape tables, arrange centerpieces, and prep stations.
• Food & Beverage Service: Transport, plate or buffet service, carry trays, and adapt to breakfast, lunch, or dinner service.
• Guest Service & Experience: Provide friendly, attentive service; address guest needs and maintain presentation.
• Event Breakdown & Cleanup: Clear tables, reset spaces, and tidy back halls and storage areas.
• Team Support & Communication: Communicate with banquet captain and kitchen; attend pre-shift meetings.
• Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies; keep spaces clean.
