Landry’s is recruiting a Banquet Assistant in San Antonio, Texas. You will support the Sales Manager and coordinate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure flawless event planning and execution.

This role requires 1–2 years of sales experience in hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a guest-first attitude. A fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement is offered.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in a restaurant or hotel operation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Manager.
• Assist Sales Manager in communicating with the Food & Beverage and Culinary team to plan and prepare for events.
• Process and record inquiries, bookings, deposits and revenues in Delphi.
