Job summary

Landry's in San Antonio is seeking an Event Coordinator (Hourly) to join a winning team that delivers exceptional guest experiences from the moment they walk through our doors. You will work with the Sales Manager to generate new business, coordinate with Food & Beverage and culinary teams, and ensure accurate processing of inquiries, bookings, and revenues in Delphi.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Be FRIENDLY, accommodating, inclusive and respectful.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Sales Manager to generate new business and maintain contact with present accounts.
• Assist Sales Manager in communicating with the Food & Beverage and culinary team to ensure thorough planning and preparation for all events.
• Process and record all inquiries, bookings, deposits, and revenues in Delphi.
