Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards.
• Supervise and assist with setup of assigned banquet functions.
• Inspect event spaces and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with Sales/Catering Manager and in-house contact.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and reports for banquet events.
• Oversee banquet service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and brand policies.
