SPIRE Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Banquet House Person in New York to support the banquet team by setting up, breaking down, and servicing meeting rooms per BEOs. This part-time role requires heavy lifting and AV setup to ensure spaces are ready for events.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and prior hospitality experience is valued. Additional language ability is a plus; employees receive a comprehensive perks package including early pay and hotel discounts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest, including transporting heavy items and arranging AV equipment as per the BEO.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return equipment to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for meeting rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable.
• Assist with pre-function area cleaning, including vacuuming and mopping back hallways.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel products to meet health standards.
• Handle additional duties as requested, including spills or special guest requests.
