Job summary

Hideaway Golf Club is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to expertly set up and transition event spaces for weddings, tournaments, and Member events. You will work closely with Events leadership and culinary teams to ensure rooms are prepared on time, accurately, and safely, maintaining high standards of presentation throughout each function.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in banquet/event setup, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to read and follow BEOs, diagrams, floor plans, timelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet and meeting spaces according to BEOs and diagrams.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment safely.
• Assist with room transitions, turnovers, and breakdowns within timelines.
• Support event staff during functions and respond to changes as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and banquet areas.
