Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events and banquets. You will work with the banquet team to ensure a smooth, professional, and memorable experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, executing banquet orders, maintaining menu knowledge, and using service recovery techniques as needed. A high school diploma and current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service, especially in banquet or event settings.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication and the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at all events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, special features and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Address member/guest concerns using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Complete daily side work and assist with event setup/breakdown.
