Job summary

Quaintance-Weaver Inc. seeks a friendly Event Server for Print Works Bistro in Greensboro, NC. This part-time role focuses on delivering prompt, attentive service in a fast-paced event setting, ensuring each guest has a delightful experience while maintaining space setup and safety standards.

You will anticipate needs, coordinate with event leadership, and contribute to a high-energy guest experience. Previous hospitality experience is valued, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest

• Break down events and ensure space and AV equipment are stored properly.
• Collaborate with event leadership for timely service delivery.

Print Works Bistro is looking for friendly and energetic EventServers to join our team of enthusiastic restaurant professionals who provide outstanding experiences to the guests they serve in a fast-paced environment. What are the responsibilities of an Event Server?

• Provide prompt, friendly, attentive service while ensuring that each guest has a delightful experience
• Anticipate the event guests’ needs proactively by noticing opportunities to wow each guest
• Ensure that the event space is set up according to the event diagram including setting up the tables, chairs, tableware, flowers, A/V, food and beverages and all other guest requested items
• Serve each event following the established systems and procedures
• Break down each event after the guest has left making sure that all A/V is properly stored and the event space is clean
• Collaborate with the event leadership throughout the event regarding appropriate timing so that our guests receive prompt, friendly service at the time that is best for their event
• Be flexible and act with a sense of urgency as events require both
• Maintain a working knowledge of event menus and offerings
• Communicate clearly to our guests and fellow staff members and be the
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with our guests
• Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
• Advocate for and follow our responsible alcohol beverage service program
