Job summary

Omni La Mansion del Rio is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service at our downtown San Antonio property. You will understand food and beverage menus, assist with banquet events, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support busy events and banquets, with a focus on warm, personalized service for all guests.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality awareness.
• Minimum relevant serving experience in a large convention hotel.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare for health department inspections and safety compliance.
• Set up and break down banquet events and service areas.
• Polish tableware, brew coffee, and manage buffets.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Provide accurate, timely responses to guest requests.
