Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Banquet Server to assist with event setup and break down, and to serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, professional manner. The role requires following the hotel's high standards and Banquet Captain directions across varied shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, attending stand-up briefings, replenishing beverages, clearing dishes, and resetting rooms between events while ensuring health and safety compliance and neat, groomed

Qualifications

• Must have a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Basic knowledge of English sufficient to understand inquiries and convey simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Gather supplies and set up banquet rooms per the Banquet Event Order and Banquet Captain instructions.
• Attend stand-up meetings to learn function specifics and guest hotel expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages, and bus dishes as each course is completed.
• Replenish beverages and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event.
• Clear and reset banquet rooms after functions and prepare for next event.
• Line out supplies for future functions and perform assigned side work.
• Maintain general cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety standards.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety rules, and report accidents or hazards.
