Responsibilities

• Approach guests and staff in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by hotel scheduling.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and proper uniform.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and safety regulations.
• Meet certification requirements such as Alcohol Awareness and Food handlers.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service at all times.
• Read Banquet Event Orders and menus for assigned functions.
• Serve guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Address guest issues and refer to management as needed.
• Be familiar with hotel policies and safety rules.
• Assist with banquet setup, breakdown, and restocking.
• Attend meetings as required by management.
